Our professional auditors are carefully selected, screened, and trained
Penrose Senior Care Auditors are employees, not contractors, who are background checked, drug tested, and covered by Workers’ Compensation insurance for your peace-of‐mind. Our auditors tend to be stay-at-home moms/dads, early retirees, and former military or their spouses who want flexible, part-time work that makes a difference.
Prior to being assigned a client, Auditors must be certified through the Penrose Senior Care Auditors Training Program which includes:
- Penrose Senior Care Auditors and Senior Care Industry Overview
- Senior Abuse Identification and Reporting
- Emergency Procedures
- Senior Care Audit Report Standards
- Policies and Procedures
